Staffing company help
Reviewed: 2026-10-18. Edition: 1.1. Full procedures: staffing company manual.
| Question or symptom | What to do |
|---|---|
| My changes disappeared | Check whether you used the header's Save changes and saw All changes saved. A drawer save may only prepare a workspace edit. |
| Save says the workspace changed | Preserve the intended edits safely, reload the latest company data, then reapply appropriate changes. |
| I cannot switch company or review clocks | Resolve unsaved workspace edits and wait for any active save/review operation. |
| A worker cannot be assigned | Read the reason: status, position, capacity, daily assignment limit, overlap, availability or certifications may block it. |
| The worker cannot see an event | Save it, ensure it is published, verify the worker is assigned and check the correct company/profile and portal access. |
| On hold did not remove portal access | On hold is a scheduling status. Use Worker portal access to disable company access. |
| Profile email changed but sign-in did not | Account login email is separate. Login-email changes are not implemented; ask the operator for the supported resolution. |
| Invitation is invalid | Check the saved profile email, expiry, revocation and issuer access. Create a replacement only for the intended recipient. |
| Publish did not send email | Use Email published assignments to preview and explicitly queue a saved published event. |
| Email says Accepted by provider | This is not inbox confirmation. Check the recipient's mailbox separately. |
| I cannot retry an old assignment email | Eligibility or saved event/recipient data may have changed. Use current-event preview instead of retrying obsolete content. |
| I cannot see team or provider settings | Those controls require the selected company's owner role. Ask the owner. |
| A worker asked for a call-off | The assignment remains until released. Review the request and save a decision with a note. |
| Time review does not show a new submission | The report uses your loaded workspace. Resolve edits and reload for newer saved data. |
| Hours are locked | Reopen approved time. If a non-excluded clock capture exists, use clock review instead of ordinary manual entry. |
| A clock cannot be retimed or deleted | Preserve its evidence. Stop/review it, or exclude an eligible unapplied capture; backdated punch correction is not implemented. |
| Worker capacity blocks a change | Review Billing & worker usage and the configured plan; contact the owner/operator for a supported capacity change. |
What is saved immediately?
Invitation creation/revocation, access changes, company settings and worker/clock/call-off actions use their own server actions. Ordinary roster, event, directory and time edits require Save changes. When in doubt, read the confirmation and check whether the header still says Unsaved changes.
Are these totals payroll or customer invoices?
No. Reports provide staffing and recorded base-pay information for review/export. Subscription invoices concern the software subscription. Use your established payroll and customer-invoicing process for payment, deductions and contractual billing.
Where should I escalate a problem?
Ask your owner about membership, billing and provider settings. Send service failures to the agreed platform support contact with company, event/date, screen and exact error. Never include passwords, secret keys or private invitation/reset URLs.
