Join and sign in
- Ask your staffing agency for a worker invitation. Open the complete private link intended for your email.
- Check the company and worker profile shown. If you already have a worker account, use its password; otherwise choose and confirm a password of 12–256 characters.
- After accepting, open
/workerand sign in. Administrator sign-in is separate. - If you work for several participating agencies, choose Staffing company and Switch company. Check the company name and worker name before acting.
Switching discards unsaved availability edits and unsubmitted hours in the current view. Your records and access are separate at each company. Reopen the original email link if you reload an invitation or reset page after its private link fragment was removed.
Read your schedule
Use Refresh schedule when you need the latest saved details. Each assignment can show the event, client, venue, date, timing, position, main/backup status, attire, instructions and your own recorded rate/hours/approval state.
You see only your own assignments on published events. Draft events and other workers' schedules are not visible. Ask your agency about a missing assignment, unclear end time, location or change. Refresh after a notice; a historical notice may describe an assignment that is no longer on your current schedule.
Confirm or decline
Read the assignment and choose Confirm this shift if you can work it. Confirming does not submit hours or approve pay.
If you cannot work a pending assignment, open Cannot work this shift?, enter a reason and choose Decline this shift. An eligible decline removes that assignment immediately and opens the staffing slot. You cannot use this flow for an already confirmed assignment or one with recorded/approved hours.
For a confirmed assignment, use Request a call-off / view decisions, choose the eligible shift, enter a reason and submit. The assignment remains yours until your agency approves the release. Check the decision and contact the agency directly for urgent changes. A denied request leaves the assignment in place.
Set availability
- Expand My availability in the intended company.
- Set each weekday's available windows, or mark it unavailable. You may use several nonoverlapping windows for split availability.
- Add date overrides for exceptions. An override replaces the weekly hours for that date. Use weekly hours removes an override from your edits.
- Choose Save availability and wait for confirmation. The change saves directly for that company.
Use the same local wall times as your shifts. 24:00 means the end of a day. Overnight shifts must fit availability on both dates. A shift cannot bridge an unavailable gap. Changing availability does not cancel an existing assignment; tell the agency if you can no longer work it.
Reload saved availability (discard edits) replaces your unsaved changes with saved information. If a stale-data message appears, refresh and review the latest schedule before trying again.
Record time manually
For a confirmed, unapproved assignment without a non-excluded clock capture, enter Actual hours worked and choose Submit hours for review. Use decimal hours: 6 hours 30 minutes is 6.5, not 6.30. The form accepts 0–24 hours.
Submitted hours still need agency review. You cannot change the rate or approve your own hours. Approved time is locked; ask the agency to review a correction. A zero value may simply mean no time has yet been entered.
Use clock capture
Follow your agency's time-recording instructions. In Clock in / out, choose an eligible confirmed published assignment and start a capture. It must have no recorded or approved hours. The server records when each action is received.
Use Start break now, End break now and Clock out now as appropriate. Clocking out during a break closes that break too. You can have only one running capture across your companies. A stopped capture cannot be restarted for that assignment; ask the agency about a correction.
If you miss clock-out or lose company access, contact the agency. It can stop the clock at the current time with a note and review paid hours. You cannot enter a backdated punch through this feature.
Elapsed time and breaks are shown separately. They do not automatically become paid hours or determine whether a break is paid. Your agency enters paid hours and approves them separately. Non-excluded captures use this review flow instead of the ordinary manual-hours form.
If a response is uncertain, refresh to see saved state. Use Retry last clock action when offered for that same action. After a page reload, inspect the capture before starting a different action. Punch and review history shows retained actions and agency review notes.
Check notices
Expand Notifications and use Refresh notifications. Older notifications shows earlier records. Marking a notice as read does not confirm a shift or approve time. The inbox is company-specific and does not automatically refresh or send an SMS/push notification.
Agency clock reviews and call-off decisions may also appear here. Refer to the current schedule and the appropriate history for complete details. For urgent staffing issues, contact the agency directly.
Passwords and support
Use Forgot password? from worker sign-in and keep the account type set to Worker. If recovery delivery is enabled, use the newest email link. The request response does not confirm whether an account exists. Ask your agency for help if no link arrives.
The signed-in Change password form requires the current password. A successful change or reset signs you out across all companies/devices; sign in again. It does not change your company memberships.
Send your agency the company, event/date, screen and error when requesting help. Do not share passwords or private invitation/reset links. Pay questions, schedule corrections, break policy and urgent attendance issues belong with your agency.
